This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from PackmanLabs.com, the official Packman brand website. We are not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, or imitation websites.

2. All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photo of packaging and shipping label
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
